No Private Message notifications
Per this post (though it may just be a pop-up blocker, per the continuation of that thread). No first-hand experience with this one.

Just sent one to myself. I got browser notification and popup. Waiting on email notification.

In my case, even if my pop-up blocker triggered I'd at least get a notice about the pop-up block at the top of my browser. I'm not getting that, nor am I getting email notifications.
The last PM I received that behaved normally was on Nov 19, and the first one with no notifications was on Jan 22.

FWIW, I've never gotten pop-up notifications or pop-up warnings in Chrome. Here (phpBB) and vBulletin boards.

Hmm, I thought I got pop-ups here but I very easily could be getting my different forums mixed up. Maybe I usually just utilize the email notices.
