getting an account unflagged

A legit user's account apparently got flagged as a spammer, anybody have privileges to unflag it?

PM name to an admin or mod an we'll take a look.

Unless it's ISG. Then don't worry, we just lock him down sometimes to keep the servers from blowing up.
