I bought it on a STAR deal but already had it lol..theres a dollar down the drain.

Heres the key to who gets its first or wants it first......its on Steam.

i took it. literally could not figure out how to redeem codes with the new Steam interface on the desktop client! so i tried it with the online redeemer, and ...


...did it _actually_ succeed? have to go check my library. (update: yes, it did)

I just checked and it appears to be exactly the same as it was before, Games menu -> Activate a product on steam. The big text menu-like interface right under the smaller text menus might be pulling your attention.

Or just click the "Add a Game" button in the lower left corner of your library.

aha... problem was on Mac OS X, that menu (Steam - View - Friends - Games - Help) was completely hidden
