At first, I thought it was, "I could vote for anyone except myself." That, in itself, is a wolfish thing to say. Or rather, it's a wolfish thing to think.
But the epiphany that came to me is about the first part, "I'm with triggercut, but just in his thoughts."
It sounds like he's claiming to be in communication with Trig. That seems awfully heavy-handed for a special powered on Day 1. I would hope the cabal, seer, and mentalist aren't throwing out clues like that (God help us all).
I'm debating on if this is a wolf throwing out false clues to use later to claim a role, or a sorcerer letting wolf Triggercut know that he was scanned and found last night.
Honestly, I'm leaning towards the second of those two. I feel pretty strong about lynching RMC, but if he's the sorcerer, he'll show up human. Same with Trig - if we lynch him and he shows up human, that doesn't tell us anything specific about RMC.
Something about Newcastle's haikus makes me nervous, but right now, I think we have a more likely threat in RMC and/or Triggercut.
Withdraw Newcastle
RMC
I'm switching my vote, but would be open to stretching the neck of either of these two. And just so we're clear, I'm not convinced that Newcastle is human, but I haven't seen anything from him that worries me as much as the post above.

Once upon a time Grund was preparing a lengthy diatribe about somethingorother, and Bakh used the shot to kill him before he did.
I think this post says it all.Qantaga wrote:Remus West wrote:This is twisting that situation. This is in direct conflict with your usual Day 1 philosophy.
It's not twisting at all, especially given that RMC proved definitively last game that he is not always wrong.
In the past, bb has always expressed "pleasure" in voting for you or Chaos, yet now he (jokingly or otherwise) states that he will not vote for either of you.
I also find it interesting that you are answering for him.
The normal Chaos/bb/Remus (and on the periphery LM/redrun) "It will be funny to see one of them go before me" game condition has seemingly been checked at the door this game.
Yeah, feels like he is working at this act instead of enjoying it.pr0ner wrote:Also, Newcastle

I am going to Disney world if that qualifies me as a sorcerer. And my nickname is Mick. Shazam!redrun wrote:So, Lassr, Unagi, El Guapo, {BB2112|Remus|Chaosraven} as wolves, with RMC as our sorcerer.
I suspect it's BB2112, but could be Remus or Chaosraven.

If I am reading you right, you are saying that 1, but not more than 1 of {BB2112|Remus|Chaosraven} is a wolf.redrun wrote:So, Lassr, Unagi, El Guapo, {BB2112|Remus|Chaosraven} as wolves, with RMC as our sorcerer.

I think at least one of the Detroit crew is part of the wolves. This is a weaker feeling. I feel much more strongly about Lassr, and somewhat more strongly about Unagi and El Guapo. BB2112 feels slightly more guilty than Remus or Chaosraven. RMC may have to be moved to the potential wolf list - I think he was telling the truth about not being sorcerer.Unagi wrote:If I am reading you right, you are saying that 1, but not more than 1 of {BB2112|Remus|Chaosraven} is a wolf.redrun wrote:So, Lassr, Unagi, El Guapo, {BB2112|Remus|Chaosraven} as wolves, with RMC as our sorcerer.

Is that because of some triangulation that clears the other 2, once one is known to be a wolf? Or is that just because you are pretty certain about your first 3 - and hence only have room for 1 more wolf?
Last game I got three out of four on my first guess - and that was on page 4. I'm running slow this game.Lassr wrote:Wow, you have a list like that after only a few pages of day 1!redrun wrote:So, Lassr, Unagi, El Guapo, {BB2112|Remus|Chaosraven} as wolves, with RMC as our sorcerer.

My extra scrutiny list right now just has redrun and Lord Mortis heading it.
There should have been a smilely on that. guess I have not paid attention to any early lists you've produced. I haven't seen enough to produce any list that means anything.redrun wrote:There should have been a smilely on that. But yes, I do put out lists of people early, and I do update them regularly. Why do you act surprised by this?
Just like Scoop was last game?Vorret wrote:I'm curious why you're all voting for Newcastle?
As I said earlier, why would a wolf attract attention to him like that? He's a villager, it's obvious.
