Nah, you're fine. You certainly have less room to maneuver and make nifty plays but you aren't in desperate mode yet.

Generally most tournament poker players judge their tournament status by assigning a value called "M" to their stack. M is the ratio of their stack to the size of the preflop pot. For example your M is 19(3466/192). M is one factor that helps players judge optimal playing strategy for that stage of the tournament. Generally the less M you have the more you should start to pick a good spot and move allin while high M players can be more liberal with their strategy and generally play looser in position against other high M players.

An M of 19 is still pretty safe and only when one gets down to 4 or 5 should one consider pushing allin with a wide variety of hands in position.

Note that the M ratio assumes relatively stable stacks. It's actually meant to be the ratio of your current stack to the cost of playing the current orbit (so if the blinds don't go up, Green Giant's calculation is a convenient shorthand). Of course, in this tournament, the blinds will have gone up significantly by the time you've completed one lap around the table, which is why I list the blinds for so many hands ahead in this updated post.
